There is an essential tool for every Bible student, commonly used by pastors, teachers and lovers of God for many years, known as "The Treasury of Scriptural Knowledge." This work provides a rich resource of cross referencing various thoughts within each verse of Scripture to other verses along the same theme elsewhere in God's Word. While it is not exhaustive, it certainly surpasses my individual comprehension and study, allowing me to dive deeper into the riches of God's grace and love.
As this blog has developed over time, I have noticed, as you most likely have as well, that many of my posts refer to the family, particularly the husband and wife relationship. I am so greatly burdened for this area of life particularly within the Body of Christ. God's Word, indeed, has much to say on the topic - more so than we recognize. It's easy to look to "key" passages regarding the roles and responsibilities within the home, but as I spend time with my Lord I am increasingly impressed with the applications to marriage and home life that are present in so many other "unusual" passages of Scripture.
Dear reader, I have been burdened to not only share with you such passages as I come to understand their many applications but to compile them in an easy to access and use format for others. This current endeavor will be an ongoing work in progress. You can refer back to this page as the resource expands and deepens. Likewise, if you have any suggestions or passages you'd like to see covered please let me know and I'll do my best!
